End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: June 06, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and VPlayer regarding the use of the VPlayer mobile application.

1. License Grant

VPlayer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the application on devices owned or controlled by you.

2. Permitted Use

You may use VPlayer for:

Playing video files
Playing audio files
Managing local media files
Using built-in media tools
Accessing supported HTML5 games
Viewing web content through integrated WebView features

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Modify the application
Reverse engineer the application
Decompile or disassemble the application
Redistribute the application without permission
Use the application for unlawful purposes
Circumvent security protections

4. Ownership

The application, trademarks, logos, source code and branding remain the exclusive property of VPlayer.

5. Third-Party Services

The application may use third-party services including:

Google AdMob
Firebase
OneSignal
Vungle
Google Play Services

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

6. User Content

VPlayer does not claim ownership of media files stored on your device. Users remain fully responsible for their content and legal compliance.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VPlayer shall not be liable for:

Data loss
Device damage
Service interruptions
Third-party content issues
Advertisement related issues
Indirect or consequential damages

9. Termination

This license automatically terminates if you fail to comply with this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the application.

10. Changes to Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

11. Apple Devices

For users accessing VPlayer through Apple devices, usage may also be subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
