These Terms of Service ("Terms") and End User License Agreement (EULA) govern your use of the VPlayer Android application ("VPlayer", "the App", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing or using VPlayer, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use VPlayer on Android devices that you own or control, strictly for personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and any applicable store rules (Google Play Terms of Service).

VPlayer functions as a media player and utility platform. We do not host, upload or distribute copyrighted content. Videos reachable through short links are uploaded and managed by third-party uploaders.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content accessible through the App infringes your copyright, please report it using the in-app Report option or email us with the content link, proof of ownership and your contact details. Verified infringing content will be removed or disabled.
The free version of VPlayer is supported by advertisements (banner, native, interstitial, rewarded and app-open ads) served by partners such as Google AdMob and Vungle. Certain features (for example unlocking a video from a shared link, or viewing more videos) may require watching a rewarded advertisement. Ad behavior may change over time.
HTML5 games and other web content available in the App are provided by third parties and loaded through WebView. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or content of third-party games, websites or services. Leaderboard entries that are abusive or fraudulent may be removed without notice.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect and how we use it:
The Privacy Vault hides media behind a PIN/fingerprint inside the App only. It is not a substitute for full-device encryption. Keep your PIN and recovery email safe — if you lose both, hidden content may become inaccessible. We are not liable for any loss of access to vault-protected content.
We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue any feature of the App (including streaming domains, games, ads and Premium features) at any time without prior notice. Online features depend on third-party servers and internet connectivity and may be unavailable from time to time.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App, including content accessed through it.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or any of its online features immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination your license to use the App ends and you must uninstall it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 3, 12, 13) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
