1. INFORMATION WE PROCESS

VPlayer may process information that is necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the application and its features.

Depending on how you use the application, this may include:

• Device and advertising identifiers
• App usage and product interaction information
• Video, audio, and photo information required for local media features
• Video links or other content that you choose to open or paste into the application
• Diagnostic and crash information
• Information required to provide advertisements, subscriptions, notifications, and other app functionality

VPlayer does not require you to create an account to use its core media-player features.

2. LOCAL MEDIA

VPlayer allows you to play supported videos and music stored on your device.

Media access is requested only when required for the relevant application features. Local media remains on your device unless you choose to share, export, or otherwise send it using a feature provided by the application or the operating system.

3. SHARED VIDEO LINKS

VPlayer allows users to open supported shared video links, including links from:

• vplayer.in
• vdiskpro.com
• pdiskvideo.in

When you open a shared video link, the application may communicate with the relevant service to retrieve and play the requested content.

The content available through external links is controlled by the respective service or uploader. VPlayer does not claim ownership of third-party content.

4. WATCH TIME AND VIEW COUNTING

For supported shared-link videos, limited playback information, including watch duration, may be sent to the relevant link service.

This information may be used by the service or uploader to measure views and related playback activity.

Premium playback sessions are not counted toward these shared-link views.

5. ADVERTISING

VPlayer may display advertisements through third-party advertising providers.

These providers may process information such as advertising identifiers, device information, app interaction information, and other information required to deliver, measure, and improve advertising.

Depending on your device settings and permissions, advertising-related information may be used for personalized or non-personalized advertising.

Where required, VPlayer requests permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before allowing applicable tracking.

Third-party advertising and mediation services may include services such as Google AdMob, Google AdX, and other advertising partners used by the application.

6. AD-BASED VIDEO UNLOCK

Some shared-link videos may require an advertisement before playback.

When you choose to unlock such content, an advertisement may be displayed before the video becomes available for playback.

If the required advertisement cannot be completed or loaded, playback may remain locked until the unlock process can be completed.

7. PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTIONS

VPlayer offers optional Premium subscriptions that provide an ad-free playback experience.

Purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's applicable payment, subscription, and refund terms.

VPlayer does not directly receive or store your Apple payment card details.

8. PRIVACY VAULT

VPlayer may provide a PIN-protected area for private media.

The Privacy Vault uses PIN-based access control and stores applicable files within the application's local storage.

Vault protection should not be considered end-to-end encryption. Users should not rely on the Vault as a replacement for professional encrypted storage.

9. ANALYTICS AND DIAGNOSTICS

VPlayer may use analytics, diagnostics, and crash-reporting services to understand application usage, identify technical problems, improve stability, and enhance the user experience.

These services may process technical information such as device information, application events, performance information, and crash reports.

10. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS

VPlayer may use third-party notification services, including OneSignal, to deliver push notifications when notification permission has been granted or when otherwise permitted by the operating system.

You can manage notification permissions through your device settings.

11. APP UPDATES

VPlayer may use Firebase services to determine whether an updated version of the application is available or required.

When an update is required, the application may direct you to the App Store to obtain the latest version.

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

VPlayer may use third-party services to provide advertising, analytics, diagnostics, notifications, subscription-related functionality, and other application features.

These third-party providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable laws.

13. DATA RETENTION

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the relevant service, maintain application functionality, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce applicable agreements.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type and purpose of the information.

14. DATA SECURITY

We take reasonable measures designed to protect information processed through VPlayer and its related services.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

15. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

VPlayer is not designed specifically for children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable laws. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, please contact us so that appropriate action can be taken.

16. YOUR CHOICES

Depending on your device and applicable laws, you may be able to:

• Control advertising tracking through Apple's App Tracking Transparency settings
• Control access to Photos, Videos, Audio, and other device permissions
• Disable push notifications through your device settings
• Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account settings

17. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to VPlayer, our services, applicable laws, or our data practices.

When changes are made, the updated “Last Updated” date will be shown at the top of this page.
